Agroactivo is an agricultural supply store in Colombia, offering fertilizers, technical guidance, and products for farmers. Coretechlab migrated their online store from WordPress to Shopify and layered in AI automation to streamline inventory, customer service, and marketing.

What we did

Migrated the site from WordPress/WooCommerce to Shopify for a faster, more stable, and more scalable store, with built-in security and PCI compliance.
Preserved SEO during the migration using 301 redirects, and recreated the home, product, blog, and testimonial sections while keeping Agroactivo's brand identity.
Set up a custom agricultural theme, imported the product catalog, and configured local payments (PayU) and shipping for Colombia.
Added AI chatbots for customer service, inventory forecasting tools, and workflow automation for marketing and logistics.

Outcome

The result is a faster, easier-to-manage online store built to scale, with AI automation reducing manual work across inventory, support, and marketing.
