What we did

A centralized accounting module: consolidated payments by project and category, automated payment tables, and budgets with change-order control, with real-time spend-versus-budget visibility and full traceability.
Mobile-first access so field teams can check budgets, payments, and balances in real time from an iPad or phone.
An operations module: project timelines and milestones, municipal permit tracking, purchase orders auto-generated from the schedule, supplier management, automatic reminders, and document and plan version control.
Advanced integrations: a self-service investor portal, an executive dashboard with KPIs across all projects, and AI-based predictive alerts for potential delays.
Role-based access control, cloud migration, two-factor authentication, and audit logging to protect critical business data and reduce reliance on a few key people.

Outcome

The system was built to eliminate repetitive manual work, give granular financial control by project and category, provide real-time visibility in the field, protect critical data, and give Arcca Group scalable infrastructure to grow its project portfolio.
