Tate Transportation, a South Florida logistics and trucking operation, was handling much of its ticketing, dispatch, and invoicing manually. Coretechlab built a comprehensive AI-powered Transportation Management System (TMS) to digitize and automate that workflow from end to end.

What we did

AI-driven OCR that scans driver tickets and extracts key data — ticket numbers, dates, locations, tonnage, and driver details — including custom ticket formats and handwritten notes.
Automation of the full flow, from ticket submission to data validation, dispatch, and invoicing, cutting down manual data entry and errors.
Automated compliance checks for trucks and drivers (insurance, licenses, and DOT requirements) before dispatch.
Predictive rate analytics using historical data and market trends to help price jobs more competitively.
Integrations with Google Sheets and existing internal tools for a unified, real-time view, plus automated reporting.
A driver mobile app for submitting tickets and receiving dispatch updates.

Outcome

The system was designed to sharply reduce manual data-entry time, improve accuracy across ticketing and invoicing, keep dispatch compliant, and give the team real-time visibility to make faster, data-informed decisions.
