Ocean Permits is a permit and licensing advisory firm operating across Florida, California, Arizona, and Texas. Coretechlab built a custom CRM and operational AI ecosystem to centralize their permit work, automate lead response, and support growth across multiple states.

Per-project time tracking and a cost structure by permit type and state, to estimate effort and price work accurately.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) AI voice agents for 'speed to lead', responding to new leads instantly.
Website and search-visibility improvements, plus a foundational Meta and Google Ads strategy.

Outcome

The system was built to standardize operating procedures, centralize project and client management, speed up lead response, improve operational visibility with real-time reporting, and give Ocean Permits scalable infrastructure to grow across markets.
